Um unseren Bereich Payroll weiter auszubauen und eine korrekte, termingerechte sowie gesetzeskonforme Entgeltabrechnung sicherzustellen, verstärken wir unser Finance-Team. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Payroll Accountant (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 20 Stunden pro Woche. Der Arbeitsort ist idealerweise Berlin/Brandenburg. Alternativ ist die Position auch remote (Homeoffice) möglich. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Payroll, HR und Buchhaltung sicher. Deine Aufgaben - Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung - Pflege und Prüfung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten - Erstellung und Übermittlung gesetzlicher Meldungen und Bescheinigungen (z. B. Sozialversicherung, DEÜV, A1) - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Lohnsteuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht - Fachliche Bewertung komplexer payroll relevanter Sachverhalte und deren prüfungssichere Umsetzung - Abstimmung mit HR und Buchhaltung (u. a. Lohnkonten, Rückstellungen) - Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern - Interne Ansprechperson für alle Payroll-Fragen sowie Unterstützung bei Audits und Prüfungen - Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams und Verständnis der Buchhaltungsprozesse nach HGB

• You independently process claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software. • You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support and inspire you. • You support the optimization and automation of our claims management processes and contribute ideas for how we can further improve the customer experience. • You assist our customer support colleagues with claim-related questions, directly contributing to customer satisfaction. • In addition to processing claims, you will take on cross-functional tasks such as handling customer phone calls. • Together as a team you achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit.

• Independently perform the monthly payroll processing • Maintain and review all payroll-relevant master and transaction data • Prepare and submit statutory reports and certificates (e.g., social security, DEÜV, A1) • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in payroll tax, employment, and social security law • Provide subject-matter assessment of complex payroll-related issues and implement them in an audit-proof manner • Coordinate with HR and Accounting (including payroll accounts, provisions) • Collaborate with tax advisors, authorities, and social insurance institutions • Act as the internal point of contact for all payroll-related questions and support audits and reviews • Support the Accounting team and understand accounting processes under the German Commercial Code (HGB)
