LTC Internal Wholesaler
Manulife
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with firms and producers that sell John Hancock life insurance products • Share John Hancock story and value proposition with distributors to drive new business sales • Proactively market John Hancock Life Insurance products, to include LifeCare, Vitality, Grail and other benefits of John Hancock. • Work as part of a team, in partnership with Sales Support, RVP, LifeCare Specialist, and Sales Management • Develop personal sales goals/plan to meet prescribed sales goal • Establish a new business pipeline to ensure consistent stream of business/sales. • Follow John Hancock best practices for personal and team success. • Work collaboratively with the management when implementing sales campaigns • Contribute to key messaging and create supporting tools to the various sales initiatives
Job Requirements
- Licenses Required: FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance Licenses
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to build team consensus
- Strong communications skills, able to articulate business cases clearly and effectively when presenting information
- Ability to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders and business management

• Assist the VOB team members in meeting their responsibility to quickly and accurately identify patients' benefit eligibility in relation to Spravato services according to their insurance and prepare appropriate Authorization Forms as required by the payer. • Stay on top of benefits requests through various methods such as email and client-specific applications. • Benefits checks should be completed within an hour. • Know method used to verify benefits such as insurance portals, carrier portals, general portals, or calling into carriers. • Check the process of documentation on requested insurance patients. • Follow through detailed items that need to be checked, update information in the various systems according to specific client. • Check monthly on eligibility to ensure that the given patient is still active with the given plan and know results in various systems based on specific clients. • Complete specific process if a plan has been changed and/or terminated. • Complete authorization requests Forms requested by payor.
