Job Requirements
- Certification as a medical assistant, community health worker, patient navigator, pharmacy tech, or other clinical field is required.
- Previous experience in patient outreach, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience training others.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications (e.g., web-based applications, GoogleWorkplace).
- Preferred experience with public speaking.
