Role Description We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Implementation Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for: - Application onboarding - Identity lifecycle management - Access governance - Provisioning - Certifications - Integration with enterprise systems - Ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions based on business and security requirements. - Design and deploy Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) use cases. - Configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Governance Groups, Lifecycle States, Access Requests, and Approval Workflows. - Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes. - Develop and implement SailPoint Transforms for identity attribute mappings, username generation, account correlation, and business logic requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint Cloud Rules including Identity Attribute Rules, Before Provisioning Rules, After Provisioning Rules, Connector Rules, and other cloud-executed rule types. - Onboard applications using SailPoint connectors, APIs, and custom integration patterns. - Configure and troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, certification, and access review processes. - Develop integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. - Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and hypercare activities. - Prepare technical design documents, implementation guides, runbooks, and operational procedures. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver IAM solutions. Qualifications - SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow implementation experience - Application onboarding and connector configuration - SailPoint Transforms and Cloud Rules development - Access Certifications and Access Reviews - Provisioning and Deprovisioning - RBAC and Entitlement Management - Identity Lifecycle Management - Governance, Compliance, and SoD Controls - Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP - Workday and ServiceNow integrations - REST APIs, SCIM, SOAP - Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python, SQL - JSON, XML, Linux/Unix, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. - 4+ years of IAM/IGA experience. - 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC implementation experience. - Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SailPoint ISC implementation project. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
