• Teach: Conduct one-on-one and group English language training sessions with employees. • Design: Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to the team’s needs. • Coach: Support employees in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, while introducing relevant tech and CRO terminology. • Facilitate: Lead workshops on English Grammar, communication skills, including presentations and public speaking. • Assess & Evaluate: Track learner progress, provide learning assessments and evaluations as needed, adapt teaching methods, and share weekly progress reports. • Plan, Schedule & Collaborate: Prepare weekly lesson plans, schedule and reschedule lessons as needed, maintain reliable delivery of sessions, and collaborate with HR and department heads to address training needs. • Demonstrate Independence & Reliability: Take ownership of your responsibilities, work autonomously, and consistently deliver with professionalism in teaching, planning, reporting, and employee interactions.

• Act as the primary quality control checker of erection drawings and production shop tickets on assigned projects. • Act as the primary drafting contact for project managers, engineers, and clients. • Attend project meetings to provide drafting updates and address technical concerns. • Review and interpret architectural, construction, and structural drawings, plans, and details from AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF documents. • Review precast concrete shop drawings, reinforcement details, and 3D models for accuracy and adherence to project specifications. • Enforce company drafting standards and implement best practices for quality assurance. • Work closely with engineers and project managers to identify and resolve design inconsistencies. • Improve drafting workflows, model organization, and file management. • Work with project teams to ensure constructability of designs. • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback for drafters.

• Supervise a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs) • Serve as a liaison between FSTs and Regional Service Director • Provide specific application, product, and technical knowledge to FSTs • Ensure compliance with safety rules and engage in risk assessment and root cause analysis • Conduct performance reviews consistent with company policy and assist with goal setting • Work closely with Regional Scheduler to meet assigned objectives • Travel to customer sites to address high profile immediate needs • Create reports identifying field issues with recommendations for resolution

• Ensure timely notification and request for authorization/referrals is handled in accordance with departmental policy and payor requirements. • Maintain confidentiality and verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, benefits, and financial responsibility. • Ability to request/obtain authorizations/referrals for assigned specialties and cover for most specialties. • Communicate effectively, timely and professionally in writing and verbally. • Contact and interview families in person or by phone to obtain necessary information and assist with insurance issues. • Clearly document all communications and contacts with payors and families in standardized documentation requirements. • Consistently demonstrate excellent, empathetic and knowledgeable customer service skills. • Adhere to all State and Federal Regulations including, but not limited to: EMTALA, HIPAA, and the Joint Commission. • Ability to review workflows and suggest improvements in specialty areas. • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and assist other associates. • Build and maintain professional relationships with all departments that impact obtaining authorizations. • Prepare estimates for scheduled services, interpreting patient’s benefits for accuracy. • Work with partner hospitals for claim submission and registration accuracy.
