Job Description

Regional Service Supervisor

MULTIVAC USA

• Supervise a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs) • Serve as a liaison between FSTs and Regional Service Director • Provide specific application, product, and technical knowledge to FSTs • Ensure compliance with safety rules and engage in risk assessment and root cause analysis • Conduct performance reviews consistent with company policy and assist with goal setting • Work closely with Regional Scheduler to meet assigned objectives • Travel to customer sites to address high profile immediate needs • Create reports identifying field issues with recommendations for resolution

Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline
  • 4 years of experience directly servicing MULTIVAC equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Current valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain a passport
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
