Packaging Designer
Everyday Dose
• Lead packaging design for new product launches and line extensions • Translate brand strategy into compelling physical design • Maintain visual consistency across the product portfolio • Create dieline-ready artwork for production • Design with shelf visibility and competitive landscape in mind • Ensure packaging communicates key benefits quickly and clearly • Collaborate with Regulatory and Product teams for compliance • Prepare print-ready files and manage vendor coordination • Maintain packaging style guides and develop scalable systems • Partner with cross-functional teams for collaboration
Job Requirements
- 4–8+ years in packaging design (CPG required)
- Experience in supplements, food, beverage, or wellness brands preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail packaging
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required)
- Deep understanding of print production and dielines
- Detail-oriented and self driven
- Ability to balance creativity with regulatory constraints and brand guidelines
- Bonus If
- Experience with subscription-based brands
- Familiarity with sustainable packaging materials
- Experience launching into major retailers
- 3D rendering experience (Cinema 4D / Blender / etc.)
