Systems Technician

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal. • Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments. • Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system. • Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed. • Adhere to established client support documentation.
Job Requirements
- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification
- Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience
- Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license required.
