• Responsible for transforming approved creative concepts and final artwork into accurate, production-ready deliverables across print, packaging, digital assets, and pre-press output • Ensure all files align with brand standards, technical specifications, and vendor requirements • Maintain precision in color, layout, typography, and mechanical build • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, external vendors, and contract personnel to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency • Finalize files for print and packaging with precise layout, color accuracy, typography control, and correct mechanical setup • Verify color separations, bleeds, crop marks, die lines, resolution, and other technical requirements before release • Confirm all files meet printer specifications and troubleshoot pre-press or mechanical issues as needed • Modify and extend existing creative across packaging structures, print formats, and digital variations while maintaining brand integrity • Inspect all files for accuracy, consistency, and error-free execution prior to distribution to internal contributors or external vendors • Organize, label, and archive production files for efficient retrieval, tracking, and long-term asset management • Communicate with print vendors, packaging suppliers, and contract personnel to confirm specifications, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth production workflows

• Travel to and from job sites • Send in all reimbursable expenses in a timely manner • Take part in project orientation • Take and pass all site required safety trainings • Take part in equipment setup • Take part in 2-day shadow program with FAS lead • Perform foam application on both the top and bottom of fin fans • Observe quality and safety of service throughout projects • Take part in equipment breakdown • Provide feedback to supervisor on both positive and negative observations in real time

• Utilize clinical knowledge and communication skills to obtain patient specific information regarding condition and proposed treatments • Determine if illness and/or proposed services meet acceptable criteria sets for outpatient treatment or inpatient confinement • Certify treatment for confinement when criteria and/or practice guidelines are met • Interface with case managers and disease management nurses on active cases • Communicate with hospital staff, physicians, and other providers in a competent and professional manner • Maintain knowledge of current advances and trends in medical care
