• Partner with Customers to Drive Transformation • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define and execute their software delivery, platform engineering, and AI adoption strategies. • Collaborate with engineering leaders, platform teams, and executives to align technology initiatives with business outcomes. • Assess current software delivery capabilities and develop transformation roadmaps that improve developer productivity, security, governance, and operational efficiency. • Design and recommend modern DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and AI-enabled delivery architectures that accelerate innovation at scale. • Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory engagements with customer stakeholders. • Build proofs of concept, reference architectures, and pilot programs that validate new approaches and demonstrate measurable value. • Guide customers in adopting emerging practices such as AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and software delivery optimization. • Influence customer adoption and success plans to maximize long-term value from CloudBees solutions and services. • Serve as the voice of the customer within CloudBees, helping shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and future platform capabilities. • Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from hands-on engineers to executive leadership teams. • Travel occasionally for customer workshops, strategic planning sessions, and company events.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, solutions architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related customer-facing technical roles.
  • Proven experience advising customers on DevSecOps, software delivery modernization, platform engineering, or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, observability, security, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable DevSecOps and Platform Engineering solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, Shell, Go, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD and software delivery platforms such as CloudBees, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Harness, Azure DevOps, or equivalent solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows, developer productivity tools, or intelligent automation technologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes and strategic recommendations.
