• Create a functioning BIM/REVIT model of new design projects within existing facilities. • Creating and revising MEP Revit Models or CAD files in support of MEP design projects within existing facilities. • On-Site CAD verification/site walks • Consolidating the existing as-built documentation and creating a working Revit model. • Ensure all files conform with client Revit/CAD standards.
Job Requirements
- 5 years CAD experience
- minimum of 1 year of BIM/Revit experience
- Proven experience and be well versed working in and updating Revit/BIM files that contain up to several hundred files and cross-references
- Ability to use various software programs to update and produce work products by computer
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to clear background security investigations for contractors in accordance with VA Directive and Handbook 0710, Personnel Suitability and Security Program.
- Ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy
- Ability to exercise good interpersonal skills
