Role Description We are seeking a Healthcare Credentialing Coordinator to join our team! As a Healthcare Credentialing Coordinator, you will be: - Collecting and compiling current data on all credentialed providers - Verifying existing information - Tracking all expiring or changing credentials - Processing applications for new credentialing or re-credentialing for providers - Reaching out to providers whose credentials will be expiring - Maintaining accurate records across the board for every provider The ideal candidate has an understanding of state regulations and credentialing, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. • Serve as a Human Resource professional to provide managers, HR Specialists and employees with information and interpretations of the OPM position classification standards • Provide classification services that include writing position descriptions and evaluation statements, conducting desk audits and paper reviews, developing standard operating procedures, and providing guidance on position management • Review organizational documents to ensure the organizational structure supports the requested title, occupational series, and grade of the position • Classify positions for the full range of the GS and equivalent pay plans including supervisory, non-supervisory, interdisciplinary, and mixed series positions • Analyze organization for productivity and efficiency gain and provide recommendations to management officials on the most effective position/skill mix, work processes, and organizational structures

• Serve as the Credit Union's outside commercial lending sales representative • Identify, solicit, develop, and service banking relationships • Provide a variety of commercial loans and deposit services • Consult with members requesting refinancing, renewals, and modifications • Interpret financial information and collaborate with commercial analysts • Establish relationships with community and civic organizations

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems • Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation • Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision • Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time • Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites • Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments
