• Direct all reactor disassembly/reassembly and refueling activities for your respective shift • Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites • Conduct a variety of complex field tasks including operating specialized equipment, taking measurements, compiling data • Develop calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintain maintenance logs and certification documents • Develop procedures, problem reports, job hazard analyses, and field schedules • Participate in planning and executing projects and may responsible for pre-outage preparations • Direct technicians including on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management, and coaching

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times. • Completes sequential routes as scheduled with assistance from the Customer Experience Representative and the Transport dispatcher; maximizes the volume of drums picked up on a single route. • Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent operating order. • Completes manifests, Company documents, and other marking and placarding documents for every load managed; inspects all drums/containers on loads to ensure that they have the proper labels and markings. • Maintains logbook for DOT compliance and State and Federal regulations. • Drives to the customer site to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste material to facility for unloading and disposal. • Acts as Company representative with courtesy towards every customer.

• Responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • A personal vehicle will be required to provide transportation between customer sites, mileage is reimbursed • Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required • Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies • Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections • Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations • Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood • Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

• The Truck Driver, Over-the-Road (Tankers) drives and operates semi-vans, straight trucks and vacuum truck equipment as required. • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times. • Completes assigned routes as designated by Transport dispatchers with loaded tankers consisting of customer materials to be transported to a disposal facility. • Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent operating order. • Completes manifests, Company documents, and other marking and placarding documents for every load managed. • Maintains logbook for DOT compliance and State and Federal regulations. • Drives to the customer site to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste material to facility for unloading and disposal. • Acts as Company representative with courtesy towards every customer. • Loads freight and may climb tankers or pull hoses. • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
