Role Description We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Probate Administration/Estate Planning Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Qualifications - Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California - Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law - Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning - Post-death trust & probate administration experience - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines - Self-starter and able to work independently Requirements - Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour Benefits - Join an established network of legal professionals
