Healthcare Specialist, USRN
WNS
• The Site CSR is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers to answer questions about the requirement to participate, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion and questions regarding scoring results.
Job Requirements
- Active PRC and USRN License with 2 years Bedside Experience.
- At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience
- Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.
- Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
- Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift
- Willing to work on holidays / weekends
- Can start ASAP
