• The objective of the U.S. Army is to utilize PdM GENM-A as the resource to lead the modernization, expansion, enhancement, and upgrades of all types of IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT support systems, communications systems, and associated infrastructure, hardware, and software known as COMPMOD for the Army’s CONUS installations. • This effort will allow the Government to obtain current IT technology and upgrade legacy IT technology to meet mission needs on an enterprise level as part of the Army Unified Network Plan. • As a part of the survey phase, the survey team will survey all applicable GENM-A capabilities being deployed at each installation. • This role performs highly detailed technical tasks, leads Network Installation Technician field teams in the performance of site activities, and is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing complex IT solutions to meet the organization’s technological needs. • This role requires a strong background in system implementation architecture and a deep understanding of various IT infrastructure components.

• Planning and completion of complex and detailed technical projects from survey and engineering to site implementation • Develop and maintain high standards of installation and service, and assist with leading, training, and counseling network installation technicians toward high performance • Serve as a technical knowledge resource to project managers and field technicians • Work directly with project managers as the first line of communication for the field installation teams supporting the PM’s project(s) • Maintain accountability for the task-oriented work efforts of project assigned personnel • Help ensure engineering schedules are met or exceeded • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive IT implementation designs • Lead the implementation and deployment of IT systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards • Responsible for physical onsite network surveys to determine the engineering solution for each project assigned • Responsible for providing client-site network installations support of hardware, including installation of entire service delivery nodes, as prescribed by Site Engineering Solution (SES) documentation • Prepare and provide complex site reports, documents, diagrams and VISIO drawings as required to meet customer deliverable requirements. Train and certify others to develop the same proficiency • Provide input to the field technicians group to assist with the formation of procedural documentation for field tasks - BER testing, platform configurations, deliverables, procedures, etc. • Performs configuration of installed technology, which may include cryptographic, MPLS, optical and timing equipment and supporting systems • Performs troubleshooting and fault-isolation to bring installed equipment to functional state. Coordinates with network engineers to facilitate installation testing and acceptance • In coordination with Engineering, provide project design support where needed and requested to meet customer objectives • Assesses, designs, builds, and documents current site network configuration and user requirements at each site. Interprets SES according to real world conditions encountered at client site and modifies solution/design accordingly • Directs and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes • Performs system-level design and configuration of products including determination of hardware, and other platform specifications • Documents as-built configuration through redlined SES documentation and produces Completion Reports (CR). Provides oversight and guidance of client-site installation support services • Maintain high standards of installation services, and help instill this in assigned field techs • Provide onsite and remote technical direction in support of system's deployment, configuration, commissioning, and testing • Provide onsite directions and assistance during installations • Ensures assigned field techs remain current on all required training and certifications to completion

Role Description Contribute to the development, optimization, and performance of a high-quality Preferred Broker Network (PBN) through data-driven analysis and effective communication. Support Sirva’s financial objectives by collaborating cross-functionally with key relocation teams—including Global Account Management, Operations, Accounting, Group Moves, Global Advisory, Real Estate Services, and Client Implementation—to drive PBN utilization, enhance service delivery, and ensure exceptional client and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing - Broker Management: - Perform end-to-end supplier management including, but not limited to researching, sourcing, selection, onboarding, ongoing analysis, continued training, performance management. - Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with PBN while promoting company initiatives and values. - Serve as a point of contact for broker related questions, escalations and resolutions. - Support the annual billing and collection efforts of PBN Membership fee invoices. - Work with team members to manage and maintain a team mailbox. - Contribute to the excellence of the team and department by providing input on business processes and helping to build efficiencies and process improvements. - Participate in any additional tasks required of the position. - Client & Customer Support: - Partner with internal stakeholders on Special Projects and Client specific requirements. - Provide support for client presentations, client reviews and new client implementations as needed. - Assist with information gathering for RFPs, RFIs, and re-bids for existing client business. - Assist with internal training to various Sirva teams on PBN value and revenue contribution to Sirva.
