Area Sales Manager – Arizona/Utah

• Lead and develop local market sales providing guidance, training, and support to exceed annual financial plan and SOM growth targets • Contribute as an integral part of the Area Leadership team, developing business strategy and implementing growth plans. • Thoughtfully lead market pricing to realize margin growth • Handle all aspects of the Dealer experience (programs, product offering, price, promotion, etc.) • Build and grow key distributor relationships synergistic to the growth of York Unitary Products, Residential AOR, Residential New Construction, and Commercial • Identify profitable growth strategies and opportunities working with the YORK Factory Direct team and Area Director to execute • Develop and implement program packages to drive profitable SOM growth including advertising, Dealer programs, trips and meetings, Co-op advertising, and other marketing strategies as appropriate • Work directly with Area Operations Manager to manage store transactional accuracy and efficiency to include inventory turns, SKU accuracy and local tendering • Work closely with Area Director to provide market planning and overall area support. • Closely manage customer credit lines and accounts receivable, handling cash flow
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years’ successful field sales experience
- 5+ years’ successful field management experience
- HVAC industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
