• Own utilisation, forecasting, and capacity planning — ensuring the practice is commercially healthy • Set and uphold delivery standards for high-quality solutions • Build a strong, engaged team through hiring and coaching • Guide approach and decision-making across projects • Collaborate with sales to shape solutions and improve estimates • Work closely with sales, delivery, and managed services for customer experience

• Provide leadership and day-to-day coordination for Corporate Spiritual Care Services across Oakville, Milton and Georgetown sites. • Deliver direct spiritual, emotional, religious, existential and grief support to patients, families, staff and volunteers. • Complete spiritual care assessments, develop plans of care, respond to referrals and document care in accordance with organizational policy. • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support complex care planning, palliative and end-of-life care. • Build and sustain effective relationships with community faith leaders and cultural partners.

• Provide high-quality equine veterinary care through a mix of ambulatory and clinic-based work • Manage a range of cases including routine, emergency, and ongoing care • Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 in 10 nights/weekends) • Contribute to a supportive team culture and share knowledge with colleagues • Build strong relationships with clients and the local equine community

• Take an instrumental role in the Product Roadmap and Development, from selecting foundational technology to planning sprints to building our MVP and platform • Hire, onboard, train, and manage team of internal or outsourced engineers • Work with Founder and Advisors to devise solutions to the challenges user relay • Oversee features, servers, and deployments and all aspects of DevOps • Ensure data privacy and encryption to protect our users • Conduct QA testing and provide rapid bug fixes • Lead in any technical components and product development
