Your role at DynatraceWe’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to play a critical role in designing and delivering -the next-generation observability platform. You will take ownership of complex, high-impact projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Beyond coding, you will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive technical excellence across the organization - Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable software systems that power our core platform. - Collaborate & Deliver: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into innovative, user-centric features. - Champion Quality: Write clean, well-tested code and elevate the team's engineering standards through rigorous, constructive code reviews. - Solve Complex Problems: Dive deep to investigate and debug distributed systems, focusing on permanent root-cause solutions rather than quick fixes. - Tackle Technical Debt: Proactively identify structural bottlenecks and drive improvements to ensure long-term system stability and performance. - Mentor & Empower: Guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning, accountability, and teamwork. - Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously optimize our system architecture, developer workflows, and overall product reliability.
