• Provide services and support as a Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) Integrated Independent Evaluation (IIE) Specialist (EX100) at Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina • Provides a variety of subject matter expertise to an assigned functional area. • Provide support for internal and external assessments, evaluations, audits or surveillances for the Self-Assessment Program. • Independent assessment services will be provided using Liquid Waste and Savannah River Site (SRS) processes and procedures. • Develop document and communicate the planning of all QA support functions through the project life cycle. • Support facility/project needs within assigned area by conducting reviews/ approvals in the areas such as procedures procurement documents, design output documents, etc. • Coordinate corrective action responses to external assessments, audits, or surveillances. • Review of selected Safety Class and Safety Significant engineering deliverables.

• Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Golden Field Office (GFO) • Act as an expert in soils, leading the preparation of technical sections within environmental documents • Provide technical reviews and ensure quality assurance in soil assessments • Contribute to the development and execution of projects within the NEPA team • Collaborate with internal staff and external partners ensuring accuracy and compliance of soils-related documentation • Participate in periodic reviews, provide detailed technical analysis, and maintain meticulous documentation practices

• Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program • Conduct environmental analysis of recipient information and data • Develop draft documents, primarily categorical exclusions, under the NEPA review process • Monitor and track incoming project submissions and messages to the EECBG NEPA Inbox • Attend and document results of assigned meetings, hearings, and phone calls • Provide support for environmental policy and training development • Prepare documents of interactions with agencies and organizations regarding compliance with laws, regulations, licensing, and permitting protocols

• Support requirements for FY21-004: Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) Facilitation Support Swim Lanes • Establish and distribute all HAB meeting schedules, agendas, and work plans in consultation with the DOE HAB Coordinator(s) or their delegate • Ensure committee and Board agenda topics are included in the agenda in a timely manner • Finalize detailed agendas to be provided 10 days prior to HAB committee and full Board meetings • Maintain open and effective communications with agency representatives • Develop and distribute the HAB Annual Report as requested • Assist with Ecology’s Annual HAB/Public Involvement Survey by conducting the survey • Maintain a HAB library per FACA guidelines • Monitor and assist in carrying out administrative procedures as developed by the Board
