Subscriber Experience and Partnership Specialist

• Own assigned POSH and POSSE opportunities through the full sales cycle, including inbound lead conversion, outbound prospecting, demonstrations, follow-up, negotiation, and close. • Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting within franchise systems, including targeted outreach to franchise owners, operators, and corporate leaders. • Build, manage, and maintain subscriber and partnership pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting inputs and up-to-date next steps. • Maintain accountability for progression of assigned opportunities, including follow-through on all next steps through close. • Plan and execute roadshows, product demonstrations, webinars, conferences, and other events. • Lead live and virtual product demonstrations, tailoring messaging to the audience and clearly articulating value, features, and differentiators. • Own event logistics end-to-end (scheduling, coordination, materials readiness, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up) to ensure seamless execution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for subscribers and prospective subscribers for assigned matters, ensuring responsiveness and continuity. • Respond in a timely manner to inquiries, route requests to the appropriate team, and track items through resolution with clear status updates. • Own onboarding and engagement execution for assigned matters (welcome outreach, scheduling, training coordination, and renewal touchpoints), ensuring internal handoffs are completed and documented. • Own and execute outreach campaigns and follow-ups that advance business development objectives. • Execute marketing and subscriber communications, including conference outreach, webinar promotions, subscription campaigns, and ongoing engagement updates.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to advance opportunities through a consultative sales cycle, including disciplined follow-up and closing activities.
- Experience managing pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM documentation (next steps, follow-up dates, and activity history).
- Direct experience working with or selling to franchise systems, franchise owners, operators, or multi-unit organizations.
- Experience generating and converting both inbound and self-sourced opportunities, including proactive prospecting and disciplined follow-up through close.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across franchise owners, operators, and corporate leaders.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills (live and virtual).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate product value, features, and differentiators clearly to varied audiences.
- Strong subscriber/customer service orientation with a high degree of professionalism.
- Self-directed with an ownership mentality and accountability for results, including proactively tracking deadlines and early escalation of risks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously by maintaining task plans, providing regular status updates, and closing the loop on deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of market positioning, product messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Monitor new referrals throughout the day to ensure accuracy and that Starts of Care (SOC) are processing according to the order. • Review referrals brought in from the previous night’s processing to ensure all information is correct in relation to attending and/or signing MD and facility. • Review the EOD Report daily for your branch(es) and the Care Coordinator (CC) team to ensure all referral documents are received and completed and that assignments are correct in . This includes the CC assignment, Ordering MD or Facility, and Signing MD. • Travel with CCs to referral partner offices and develop relationships with them, learn each account’s referral patterns, and determine their preferred delivery method. • Update and manage delivery methods in as necessary. • Travel regularly in the field to referral partner offices to obtain signatures for current or outstanding orders. • Work with referral partners to obtain outstanding paperwork when a CC is no longer working within the agency or at the branch. • Monitor to ensure the physician information is correct on the profile page, and research and correct any errors in that profile. • Submit Smartsheet for changes to CC’s assigned referral sources (MD’s, facilities/hospitals, etc.) or any other information that requires updates. • Document in daily the work performed to obtain current or outstanding orders by date, action, and follow-up date. • Follow-up on the previous week’s activity. • Assist with the escalation of orders by working with the home office, referral partner, and CC. • Participate in meetings to discuss and provide updates on outstanding F2F, hand carry, orders, escalations, and communicate plans to obtain missing documents. • Print and prepare orders for each CC and discuss a plan for obtaining signatures on a weekly basis. • Be available to send outstanding orders/F2F/hand carry orders to the CC if they are in a referral sources office and will obtain signature during that visit. • Run F2F and orders reports on a weekly basis and work with CC to ensure orders are complete within 14 days or as appropriate according to the patient’s case. • Review potential write-off accounts with RDS to determine a plan for resolution or submission for write-off. • Communicate professionally with all departments to resolve outstanding orders. • Respond promptly to all inquiries with a resolution to concerns and or discrepancies in a timely manner. • Comply with HIPAA regulations on all accounts.
