About you We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager Benelux/Nordics (8 months FTC). You will be the market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer's journey and can effortlessly straddle between business strategy and day-to-day execution. You're confident and comfortable helping a growing market take the next step - driving strong ARR and pipeline numbers - and you love presenting ideas, plans, learnings, and success to the business. Job Requirements - Professional proficiency in English is required. Native-level fluency in Dutch and/or Swedish is essential. Additional language skills are considered a strong asset, particularly Danish or Spanish. - B2B SaaS marketing experience running integrated campaigns and content for Benelux/Nordics audiences, ideally in an up-market environment. - Experience with ABM strategies (personalised marketing campaigns and targeted account engagement). - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, reporting, and optimisation. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable presenting to senior audiences. - Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ideally based in the Amsterdam region with a hybrid setup (2 days per week at the Amsterdam office), though a fully remote arrangement is also possible. Ability to travel within the Benelux/Nordics region. Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement the Benelux/Nordics campaign and content plan aligned to brand and pipeline objectives, including ABM motions in partnership with BDR and Sales. - Localise global thematic campaigns for local market needs and create regionally relevant campaigns and content that resonate with local audiences. - Own end-to-end campaign execution - briefs, timelines, assets, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery - across digital, events, partner, and content channels. - Partner with Business Development and Sales leadership to design and run campaign follow-up plans, monitor conversion and optimise activities through the funnel. - Create and localise content (short-form and long-form) across the buyer journey, collaborating with the global Product Marketing and content team and ensuring brand consistency. - Identify and develop customer case studies and advocacy opportunities, support expansion and retention campaigns with Customer Marketing and Account Management. - Measure, quantify and report on performance using leading and lagging indicators. Share insights and implement improvements to maximise ROI and pipeline impact. - Provide Benelux/Nordics market intelligence and feedback into global campaign and content teams.
