• Responsible for loan approvals on business purpose and commercial real estate loans • Reviews and determines appropriate risk assessment of business loan requests • Evaluates financial statements and prepares independent written credit evaluations • Collaborates with sales and credit partners to meet deadlines on business loan requests • Works strategically with relationship managers on risk management issues

• Provide direct support to the Business Banking client around onboarding, sales and service, and ongoing client relationship management • Develop and facilitate the client’s engagement through managing customer relationships, customer service interaction, credit, deposit, and treasury service processes • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the RSI and RSII roles • Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams and partner groups • Ensure that daily incoming customer requests, inquiries and escalated issues are solved in a consistent, professional manner • Perform necessary research and maintenance to provide or facilitate solutions • Serve as backup to other Relationship Specialists as needed • Research, troubleshoot and solve customer issues and communicate “best practices” for consistent solutions • Facilitate reporting for Business Banking teams and stakeholders • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations • Facilitate new account deposit openings and manage the cross-sell implementation of all related product set-ups • Actively manage overdrafts, unposted items, and loan payment issues needing correction • Manage the communication and documentation of all policies and procedures • Create common knowledge within teams and consistent execution of Business Banking customer service procedures • Open Business Banking deposit accounts according to guidelines and procedures • Facilitate cross-sell of related products with new deposit openings • Partner with Relationship Managers to coordinate the set-up and onboarding of Treasury products • Prepare tickets, OTEs, and/or wire transfers as needed • Mentor, coach, and train new and existing Relationship Specialists

• Supports the mortgage lending process by completing loan applications • Works closely with Senior Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers • Maintains regular communication with applicants throughout the processing period • Prices loans and locks rates as per Company policy

• See patients via telehealth and work with a multidisciplinary team including medical providers and exercise physiologists. • Provide best-in-class care and outcomes for patients - communicating with them both synchronously and asynchronously. • Passionate about treating obesity as a disease to improve chronic health conditions associated with weight such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, and more. • Flexible working schedule and ability to work from anywhere.
