• Quickly review credential files against quality and compliance criteria • Efficiently identify and route files based on risk level and eligibility • Apply regional and product-specific rules accurately • Process order modifications (biodata updates, credential additions/cancellations) • Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong MS Office, including excel experience
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
- Deadline-driven with ability to work efficiently under time constraints, in fast paced environment
- Fast learner who can quickly master decision frameworks and criteria
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Aligned with WES’ mission and values
- Understanding of international education systems (desired)
- Experience with credential evaluation, document review, or high-volume processing (desired)
