• Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone • Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required • Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes • Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes • Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc. • Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory • Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use • Miscellaneous support functions as required

• Deliver fitness training and guidance virtually to clients through both text-based consultations or video-consultations on a freelance basis • Adapt and tailor fitness programs to meet individual client needs, taking into consideration their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations. • Collaborate on innovative fitness programs and content. • Build strong client relationships through effective communication. • Stay updated with fitness trends for continuous improvement. • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as the supervising physician for a Georgia-licensed PMHNP delivering outpatient psychiatric care • Review charts and cases in accordance with Georgia’s supervision requirements • Be available for consults and case discussion as needed • Provide mentorship, clinical feedback, and support to ensure high-quality patient care • Maintain compliance with state and DEA regulations

• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investor reports, distribution exhibits, and compliance certificates • Support annual budgeting, perform variance analysis, update forecasts, and provide scenario outputs for managers and investors • Process and prioritize AP payments, support Treasury with cash positioning and payments • Assist with debt service scheduling, covenant monitoring inputs, and liaison tasks for financing parties • Maintain organized, audit-ready records (contracts, invoices, reports) • Demonstrated ability to read GAAP financial statements and reconcile GAAP to cash • Work closely with Accounting, Technical Asset Management, and Accounts Payable teams to reconcile inputs • Standardize reporting templates and implement basic automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
