Equipment Technician
CareRx Corporation
• Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone • Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required • Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes • Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes • Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc. • Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory • Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use • Miscellaneous support functions as required
Job Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
- Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
- Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
- Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
- Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
- Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment
- Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs
