Enterprise and Market Development Lead
Baylor Genetics
• Develop and maintain the market development strategy for Baylor Genetics’ testing portfolio • Build and refine differentiated value propositions and messaging for priority audiences • Design and execute targeted programs, campaigns, and account support initiatives to drive engagement, evaluation, and adoption • Partner with Sales and Business Development to develop high-impact enablement materials • Establish and maintain structured voice-of-customer and market insight processes to inform strategy, messaging, and content priorities • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Legal & Compliance to align messaging with emerging evidence • Drive cross-functional execution to ensure consistent positioning and effective go-to-market delivery across teams • Define, track, and report program performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10+ years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably with B2B, enterprise, or health system audiences
- Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies and programs for complex institutional customers (e.g., health systems, IDNs)
- Proven ability to build multi-stakeholder value propositions and enablement tools that drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of health system decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in diagnostics, medtech, biopharma, or population health (preferred)
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree a plus (preferred)

• The Senior Meeting Planner is responsible for the independent planning and execution of small (under 50 attendees) meetings and events. • Accountable for updating internal systems in a timely manner and communicating program details to all necessary internal departments. • On-site management and travel may be required. • Independently coordinate all program logistics for both live and virtual events, including venue/site selection, contract negotiations, travel, food and beverage, meeting room set-up, virtual platform management and audio-visual coordination, rooming lists, and ancillary vendors. • Responsible for audience generation (recruitment) and attendee data management, including post-meeting compliance Sunshine Act reporting. • Process and manage healthcare professional payments and vendor invoices. • Track and prepare accurate attendee spend reports. • Review and reconcile final invoices and pass-through cost reconciliation within mandated timelines. • Update templates and meeting materials containing program information and coordinate distribution to all targeted attendees. • Coordinate outsourced ground transportation arrangements for attendees, faculty, client, and staff and update and manage an accurate Arrival and Departure manifest. • Work with internal departments to ensure timely coordination and appropriate planning. • Maintain ongoing dialogue with manager and project team throughout life of the program to evaluate progress and respond to any changes in the scope of the program.
• Deliver industry-leading services including call center staffing for product information requests • Identify and intake of adverse events and/or product quality issues • Medical writing and triage drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals • Maintain excellent business results and coordinate with various departments as necessary
