SIXT

• Ensuring private customers quickly receive a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns and accidents • Processing orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone • Creating orders and reserving requested vehicles

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
  • Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Open-minded, communicative, and enjoys writing and making phone calls
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
  • Flexibility for night shifts
