German Speaking Agent, Replacement Reservation
SIXT
• Ensure that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns and accidents. • Process orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone. • Create orders and reserve the requested vehicles. • Collaborate effectively with other team members to enhance service continuity and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
