App Dev & Support Engineer III

Conduent

• Support large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties, both external and internal. • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Linux Server, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers. • Pick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support for our customers. • Drive and collaborate with other teams to get things done.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Relativity server 5-7 years of overall support experience required. Minimum 2021 version.
  • RelOne 3-5 years of support experience required.
  • eDiscovery industry experience.
  • Good understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Can create any necessary documentation for users.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Be proactive and don’t wait to be told to do things.
