Venus Aerospace

• Support the full business development lifecycle, from early-stage customer conversations and opportunity shaping through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award. • Partner with the Head of Business Development and technical leadership to prepare for and participate in customer meetings, briefings, and reviews. • Develop customer-facing materials including pitch decks, capability briefings, proposals, and follow-up communications. • Help translate complex technical and programmatic concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for customer and partner audiences. • Establish contract management function to provide support for active customer contracts, ensuring obligations, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and executed on time. • Coordinate across engineering, finance, legal, and operations to support contract execution and customer commitments. • Build and maintain financial models to support proposals, pricing, and commercial decision-making. • Serve as a credible, prepared representative in customer interactions, supporting executive and technical leaders as needed. • Act as connective tissue between business development, product, engineering, finance, legal, and operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive public policy and government engagement strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors on policy, regulatory risk, and public-sector opportunities. • Anticipate and shape policy and legislative developments that impact Venus Aerospace and the broader aerospace and defense ecosystem. • Lead senior-level engagement with Congress, federal agencies, and other relevant stakeholders, advancing company priorities and elevating organizational visibility. • Represent Venus Aerospace at industry, defense, and policy forums, acting as the company’s principal spokesperson on policy matters. • Partner with Business Development, Operations, Legal, and other functions to align policy strategy with government-funded programs, contracts, and capture efforts. • Collaborate with the CEO and senior executives on government-related initiatives, policy risks, and advocacy priorities. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing public policy and government relations team as the company scales.

• Design and execute the company’s communications strategy aligned with top business priorities • Lead proactive and reactive media engagement with relevant aerospace, defense, technology, and business press • Oversee internal messaging to ensure alignment with external messaging • Own and maintain a consistent brand and tone across all materials • Develop and grow a talented brand and communications team • Support investor communications around milestones, fundraising, and long-term vision

• Lead the company’s federal government engagement strategy • Build a disciplined policy and engagement strategy • Manage relationships across the executive and legislative branches • Support government-funded programs and contracts • Ensure alignment between public policy objectives and business priorities • Balance organizational leadership and strategic judgment with hands-on execution
