Barclays Services Corp. seeks Engineering Manager, Investment Banking IT in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available): - Manage information technology projects for the development and delivery of Banking CRM IT applications using the Salesforce platform. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions aligned with overall technology strategy. - Plan the technical execution sequence for the CRM Technology Road map. - Provide accurate time and effort estimates for Project deliverables and allocate resources effectively by balancing out workload and skill sets within the team. - Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards and maintainable scalable code. - Define and drive improvements to the existing engineering processes by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and anticipate resource needs for upcoming projects. - Guide, mentor, and manage a team of application engineers and foster their professional growth and development by performing regular performance evaluations. - May telecommute pursuant to company policies.
