• Active Prospecting: Identify, approach and develop new clients and advertising agencies with a focus on mid-market and larger opportunities. • Pipeline and Relationship Management: Ensure a steady flow of weekly meetings while simultaneously managing relationships with acquired accounts, identifying opportunities to expand investment. • Consultative Selling: Present our digital media, programmatic and proprietary formats, aligning our technology with the client’s marketing and business objectives. • Closing and Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations and secure the formalization of new contracts. • Revenue Management: Build and maintain a recurring, healthy client portfolio to ensure predictability and continuous growth. • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to guarantee campaign delivery, performance and long-term client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roles, with sales experience in advertising, media owners or digital products.
- Languages: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory (for market interface and comprehension of international platforms); Spanish is a strong plus for expansion plans.
- Hybrid Commercial Profile: Proven ability to open new markets (hunting) combined with skills to protect and cultivate long-term client relationships (farming).
- Market Awareness: Familiarity with the brand and advertising agency ecosystem, and an understanding of digital media and performance dynamics.
- Learning Agility: Quick learner with the ability to absorb technical concepts and master new adtech formats.
- Discipline and Execution: Organized in managing the sales funnel and consistent in achieving commercial KPIs.
