Role Description BJC is currently seeking a Sr. Data Analytics Strategist for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics within the healthcare industry and should be familiar with tools such as Tealium or Power BI. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining the tracking on various websites. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - 5-10 years of experience Requirements - Leads Marketing & Communications Data Analytics working with other BJC data stakeholders to deliver information supporting decision making through the production of intelligence on both process and outcome measures in all domains of digital marketing performance (KPIs, Consumer engagement and conversion measures). - Provides guidance to leaders on data analytics related to formal PI initiatives and continuous improvement team activity. - Supports management team on creation and/or access to reports, dashboards and scorecards across website analytics, EPIC and a variety of other portals. - Serves as the main data analytics and business intelligence point contact for all levels of management. - Leads or is considered the subject matter expert on data analytics and business intelligence related to process and outcome performance for complex and strategic marketing & communications initiatives. - Proactively identifies areas for analytical opportunities within Marketing & Communications and across the system. - Prioritizes and coordinates efforts across the system, and provides guidance for future strategic and tactical needs. - Interacts proactively and effectively with the Marketing & Communications Management Team directly, and through the data governance Management team on a regular basis to ensure high quality deliverables. - Drives and/or supports cross-functional projects that focus on delivering value through strategic initiatives and process improvement. • Helping maintain and manage our Google Analytics properties: Administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization of our analytics suite across multiple websites, and apps. • Setting up and tracking online goals, events, engagement funnels and conversions across multiple domains • Monitoring and evaluating website usage metrics data, A/B testing, and more to identify user behavioral patterns • Reporting Analytics, Data Studio, and BigQuery based report generation for a variety of internal and inter-departmental teams. Power BI is a plus! • Responsible for understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables, such as data visualization, dashboards, and reports compiling information from various sources.

• Work on a collaborative team of process, data, and systems analysts to assess current processes, data, and system maturity and support recommendations for integration and automation • Identify data requirements and responsibilities as directed by customer • Evaluate data reporting and visualization tools (i.e., dashboards) and customer relationship management systems to provide real time tracking of hiring actions for use by service providers and customers; and recommend the best solution • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers • Analyzes supplier performance data from internal and external sources and supports data aggregation for scorecard metric calculation display • Works with data analytic software and methodologies • Analyzes data analytic tools, models, methods, and techniques to identify and demonstrate trends in financial data • Develops recommendations for process improvements, category management, and other potential acquisition strategies • Conducts ongoing surveillance of awarded contracts and delivery orders to ensure on-time delivery of supplies and acceptable performance of services • Communicates delivery delays to internal stakeholders to facilitate decisions regarding supply posture, order release strategy, and readiness driver mitigation • Ensures accuracy of cost and target award dates against the spend plan
