Web Analytics Analyst

• Helping maintain and manage our Google Analytics properties: Administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization of our analytics suite across multiple websites, and apps. • Setting up and tracking online goals, events, engagement funnels and conversions across multiple domains • Monitoring and evaluating website usage metrics data, A/B testing, and more to identify user behavioral patterns • Reporting Analytics, Data Studio, and BigQuery based report generation for a variety of internal and inter-departmental teams. Power BI is a plus! • Responsible for understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables, such as data visualization, dashboards, and reports compiling information from various sources.

Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • experience supporting and managing analytics platforms across websites and digital properties
  • experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders
  • familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; Power BI experience is a plus
  • experience with MS Excel, including large spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas
