Full Time Staff Psychiatrist – Outpatient / Telehealth

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management • Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients (50/week) • Deliver care via a telehealth platform • Provide clinical guidance and valued input to patients and peers • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans • Grow into supervisory or leadership roles, contribute to clinical training initiatives, and participate in quality improvement projects • Provide excellent quality clinical care on a frequent, recurring basis
Job Requirements
- Earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school
- Completed a Psychiatry residency program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program
- Active and in good standing license for at least one of these states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor
- An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above
- Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry
- Ideally, 1 (one) or more years of post-residency clinical work experience in Psychiatry, but we will consider recent graduates
- Telehealth/telemedicine experience
- Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting
- Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment
- Psychotherapy Modality experience (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions
