Director, Regional Operations

• Own the regional P&L including revenue execution, gross margin performance, controllable operating expenses, and EBITDA contribution. • Drive forecast accuracy, backlog visibility, and budget discipline; identify risks and implement corrective actions to deliver plan. • Improve margin through labor productivity, job planning discipline, schedule adherence, reduced rework, and overtime controls. • Lead end-to-end regional execution across branches: weekly operating reviews, performance scorecards, job readiness, and production planning routines. • Ensure traveling teams working within the region are supported, scheduled effectively, safe, and integrated into branch plans. • Establish and sustain a safety-first operating culture and ensure adherence to safety programs and regulatory requirements. • Own regional quality outcomes for all work performed in the region, including service outcomes via dotted-line partnership. • Lead, coach, and develop branch level Ops Managers; enforce consistent leadership routines across branches. • Provide oversight and performance accountability for service coordination within the region (dotted-line influence), warehousing, fleet, facilities readiness, and inventory controls. • Enforce disciplined use of ERP and operating systems to ensure accurate labor capture, job costing, materials usage, receiving, and closeout documentation. • Own regional MOR package: results vs plan, KPI trends, root causes, and corrective actions with owners and due dates.
Director, Field Service – Operational Excellence

• Lead all field service operations and enforce consistent service, safety, and quality standards • Directly manage a team of regionally based Manager, Field Services • Own the Field Service Center of Excellence including scheduling, dispatch, quality, closeout, and billing readiness • Build, coach, and develop high-performing field service and COE leadership teams • Ensure field teams are properly staffed, trained, and equipped with tools, systems, vehicles, and PPE • Own field service safety performance and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements • Serve as the senior operational owner for strategic and nationwide customers • Partner with Sales and account teams to support contract execution, escalations, and retention • Support EBITDA performance through productivity, labor utilization, and billing accuracy improvements • Partner with Finance to accelerate work closeout, billing timeliness, and revenue realization • Collaborate with Regional Operations, Safety, HR, IT, Fleet, and Supply Chain teams • Lead operational improvement initiatives, system implementations, and growth initiatives

• The Superintendent is the company representative for Sloan Security Group on each job site. • This position is responsible for acting and communicating in a professional manner. • Generate daily log • Create and maintain jobsite accident hazard analysis (AHA’s) • Coordinate subcontractors and miscellaneous manpower requirements • Generate weekly progress schedule • Coordinate material acquisition, tracking, and delivery • Represent Sloan at weekly subcontractor and owner coordination meetings • Manage field operations office • Manage material and equipment inventory—coordinate deliveries received on site, quantify receivables, and identify/procure variances prior to causing delays • Oversee and enforce all safety regulations, reporting, and documentation • Generate and maintain production tracker—calculate production rate (actual vs. bid), create a remediation plan to correct issues to maintain the schedule and budget • Create recalibration/remediation plan to return project to schedule • May conduct interviews for the Project Specific Labor as required • Coordinate and schedule equipment/vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement • Must translate Contract Documents into a work plan that is communicable to the Owner/Owner’s Representatives, the GC/Sloan Upper Management, and the labor activity performing the work on site • Provide central interface point for Sloan management, suppliers, clients, workforce, etc. • Verify layouts, subcontractors, RFIs, and all other contract documentation • Oversee employee development (within Sloan employees) on project site • Identify and craft SOPs, policies, and protocols relating to Site Management • Input, review, and approve the crew’s time sheets
