• Responsible for executing and controlling operational and administrative activities supporting customer service • Ensure proper handling of requests, adherence to deadlines (SLA), and quality in internal processes • Support through channels: SAC, Reclame Aqui, E‑Commerce • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and of logging and tracking tickets in channels (CRM, ERP, internal platforms)
