Senior Property Lawyer – Contract

• Advise clients on the full spectrum of commercial property matters: acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord/tenant issues, and development projects • Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of property contracts and agreements • Manage due diligence and compliance for commercial property transactions • Provide pragmatic, business-focused solutions to complex commercial property problems • Build, maintain, and develop strong client relationships as a trusted adviser
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 7+ years PQE in commercial property
- Proven experience with complex and high-value commercial property work, including lease negotiations, property sales and purchases, development projects, planning agreements, and conditional contracts
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to develop and grow your own practice
