• Own the end to end sales cycle and be responsible for quarterly and annual targets. • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings • Drive Expansion Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within existing accounts, becoming a trusted partner to key decision-makers. • Manage POCs: Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to design and execute successful proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value of Turgon’s AI services. • Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with Product Teams: Bring the voice of the customer into product discussions, ensuring Turgon’s solutions align with enterprise needs and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience selling complex technology SaaS products and services to CIOs.
  • Experience defining and executing repeatable sales playbooks to build robust pipelines and rapidly qualify prospects.
  • Knowledge of best of breed enterprise technologies and an understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, and analytics.
  • Previous experience working with channel partners such as lakehouse vendors, analytics tools and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals.
  • Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product.
