• Extract order, customer, and transaction data from Magento and Commerce Manager using a mix of exports, integrations, or API pulls • Validate exports for missing fields, corrupt rows, duplicate orders, or partial transactions • Validate tax and fee fields against finance rules (e.g., combined tax vs. itemized tax) • Normalize fields (SKUs, order IDs, timestamps, status codes, currency formats) to conform with client business rules and requirements for incentive reimbursement • Map data exports to each program’s designated system of record’s required schema for incentive processing • Run reconciliation checks between Magento and the payment processors (order counts, revenue totals, fees) • Coordinate with finance and account teams on cutoffs and exceptions • Adjust mapping logic when Magento schema or payment partner requirements change • Other duties as assigned.

• Manage and enhance financial and metric reporting such as P&L results, route, mileage, cost per mile, miles per route, cube/route, fuel consumption • Monitor the monthly EIA change in fuel price vs the budgeted and forecasted fuel rates • Calculate the cost impact on re-alignments and overrides and change in shipment plans • Maintain complex databases, data queries linked to metric and financial reporting • Support the Transportation team with various analysis for RFP’s and union negotiations • Analyze transportation metrics to uncover, communicate, and solve for opportunities • Provide weekly projections, monthly and quarterly P&L reporting for leadership team and DCs to review • Develop the new year financial/metric budget models • Work with the dedicated and private fleet teams in developing a bottoms up budget and incorporating the necessary initiatives and layers • Identify and model budget shifts and variance explanations vs previous forecast

• Prepare and process electronically stored information (ESI) for legal review platforms • Handle sensitive client data for litigation, analytics, and hosted review • Support and maintain multiple databases and projects while following strict security and confidentiality standards • Migrate data to secure, online platforms used by legal teams • Troubleshoot processing and database issues until a full resolution is achieved • Double-check data accuracy and ensure all client and project requirements are met • Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep projects moving and on track • Meet deadlines and ensure data deliverables are accurate and high quality • Stay up to date on eDiscovery standards, tools, and technologies

• Manage and analyze sales, expense, and performance data to produce clear, data-driven insights • Build and maintain dashboards and financial models that track overall company health and sales performance • Oversee bookkeeping and ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and current • Lead payroll review, billing, and payment processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness • Review and process agent invoices and commission calculations • Reconcile accounts and track inventory across systems to ensure data consistency • Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting, growth modeling, and KPI tracking • Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate finance and reporting workflows
