Data Analytics Coordinator
Resource Innovations
• Extract order, customer, and transaction data from Magento and Commerce Manager using a mix of exports, integrations, or API pulls • Validate exports for missing fields, corrupt rows, duplicate orders, or partial transactions • Validate tax and fee fields against finance rules (e.g., combined tax vs. itemized tax) • Normalize fields (SKUs, order IDs, timestamps, status codes, currency formats) to conform with client business rules and requirements for incentive reimbursement • Map data exports to each program’s designated system of record’s required schema for incentive processing • Run reconciliation checks between Magento and the payment processors (order counts, revenue totals, fees) • Coordinate with finance and account teams on cutoffs and exceptions • Adjust mapping logic when Magento schema or payment partner requirements change • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work with large data sets and automate data transformation to meet client requirements
- At least 2-3 years demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and transformation
- Experience transforming transaction data (split tax fields, reformat amounts, consolidate line items, apply rounding rules, etc.) as needed to reconcile data with the system of record’s business rules to enable fast invoice processing
- Expertise in generating settlement-ready files in the required formats (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, XLSX) and lead uploads to client system of record (Microsoft Dynamics, procurement portals, e.g., ARIBA, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, data analytics/statistics, data management, or similar field highly preferred
- Fluency in SQL databases, Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, and Python
- Experience in E-Commerce or retail and familiarity with Authorize.net or Magento, a plus
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
