E-discovery Data Analyst

HIKINEX

• Prepare and process electronically stored information (ESI) for legal review platforms • Handle sensitive client data for litigation, analytics, and hosted review • Support and maintain multiple databases and projects while following strict security and confidentiality standards • Migrate data to secure, online platforms used by legal teams • Troubleshoot processing and database issues until a full resolution is achieved • Double-check data accuracy and ensure all client and project requirements are met • Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep projects moving and on track • Meet deadlines and ensure data deliverables are accurate and high quality • Stay up to date on eDiscovery standards, tools, and technologies

Job Requirements

  • Experience as an eDiscovery Analyst (law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience is a plus)
  • Strong English communication and comprehension skills
  • Programming or technical experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working graveyard shifts (weekends off)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to dig into problems until they’re solved
