Job Description

NOC Monitoring Technician

Domo Inovação

• Monitor the data center environment and dispatch resolution teams to address contingencies as needed, ensuring the availability and continuity of IT services; • Log incidents in the company's platforms and control tools, detailing the type of problem (system, network, or other technological environment) to document and record incidents in the control systems; • Perform workaround actions for contingencies in any environment according to the provided directions and following established problem-resolution protocols; • Escalate incidents following contingency response guidelines to route them correctly to the appropriate support teams; • Prepare reports on indicators and metrics established by the Coordination team, producing information used to guide the strategy for Incident and Problem Management.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma; completed or in-progress technical/vocational training in a technology-related field;
  • Basic knowledge of networking (routers, TCP/IP, links, switches, etc.);
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows, UNIX;
  • Basic understanding of ITIL and COBIT;
  • Availability to work a 12x36 shift schedule;
  • Candidates will be advantaged by additional technology-related courses or certifications.
