• Collaborate closely with the Director and leasing team to drive the full leasing lifecycle • Champion leasing excellence by applying strategic expertise, guiding confident decision making, and fostering urgency to optimize team performance and conversion outcomes • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve conversion, speed, and customer satisfaction • Guide junior leasing agents by offering mentorship, sharing best practices, and providing support as needed • Handle difficult leasing situations with tact and professionalism • Manage leads and lease opportunities, utilizing CRM tools • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and contribute to data driven decisions to improve performance • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed
Job Requirements
- An active Real Estate License
- Proven Success: A track record of success in a high performance leasing environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience in leasing or sales
- Leadership Abilities: Experience leading teams or mentoring peers to achieve team goals and drive performance
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
- Dynamic & Growth-Oriented: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
