• Own and maintain action trackers, and change control processes across the programme portfolio, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • Prepare for and facilitate governance forums - including steering committees and working-group sessions, producing structured notes and driving actions to completion. • Maintain SharePoint programme sites, ensuring documentation is current, organised, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders. • Proactively track cross-programme dependencies and flag risks or blockers before they become delivery issues. • Design and drive the automation and AI adoption roadmap, conceptualizing and executing use cases that increase efficiency and create value. • Build and maintain Excel-based data models, trackers, and performance reports that underpin the team's monthly and bi-weekly reporting cycles. • Develop Power BI dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of portfolio status, KPIs, milestones, and resource utilisation. • Produce high-quality PowerPoint packs for senior and executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a PMO, programme support, or business analyst role.
  • Experience in data management or automation is preferred.
  • Strong Excel capability
  • Demonstrated experience producing senior stakeholder presentations in PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Sharepoint management
  • Solid understanding of programme governance principles
