Job Description

Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Systems

Sequel Med Tech

• Partner directly with Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders to build and operate marketing and related web experience stack • Support engineering across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CMS platforms (Webflow), and data pipelines/analytics • Ensure reliable delivery, accurate measurement, and compliant handling of customer data • Collaborate with Staff Engineers • Build and maintain SFMC assets, implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems • Implement and monitor deliverability best practices • Build and maintain landing pages, reusable components • Implement tracking and analytics instrumentation • Engineer solutions that meet CANSPAM, GDPR/CCPA, and HIPAA expectations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on enterprise email marketing platforms (SFMC preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience implementing SFMC solutions: delivering components, journeys, automations and pages.
