Scraping Team Lead – Web scraping, Anti-bot

• Lead the web scraping development team and become a technical leader • Drive architectural decisions and shape the future of the scraping infrastructure • Participate in team building by hiring backend, browser, DevOps, and QA engineers • Establish development and release processes • Ensure code quality control and technical decision oversight • Conduct anti-bot research and bypass techniques

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in high-load backend/data platforms
  • Extensive Scraping experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of HTTP, TLS, HTTP/2, proxies, browser stack (CDP, WebRTC)
  • Experience with async Python and Go (ideally both), Redis, queues, message brokers
  • Experience analyzing and bypassing bot protection systems — strong plus
  • Fluent English (all documentation and part of the team are English-speaking)
  • Decision-making skills, mentoring abilities, and accountability for results

**POSITION OVERVIEW ** We are looking for a high-impact and experienced DSCR Loan Officer to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial lending team to report directly to our VP of Sales. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors-specifically in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR segments.
