IT Operations Specialist

Role Description We’re looking for someone who can own our internal systems ecosystem and keep the company running efficiently. This is not a DevOps role. Instead, you’ll manage our internal tools, access management, automations, security practices, and IT operations across a remote team of 70+ people. - Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, PeopleForce, Power BI, VPNs, password managers, and other company tools - Manage onboarding and offboarding (accounts, permissions, equipment) - Maintain access matrices and conduct permission audits - Build and maintain automations and integrations between systems - Work with APIs, webhooks, Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script, or similar tools - Manage software subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and vendor relationships - Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle - Ensure security best practices (2FA, access controls, offboarding processes) - Document systems, automations, and internal processes - Research and implement AI tools that improve productivity Qualifications - Experience administering Google Workspace and SaaS environments - Experience with Slack, Notion, HRIS systems, and access management - Hands-on experience with APIs, automations, or scripting - Strong organizational and documentation skills - Security-minded approach to operations - Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teams Requirements - PeopleForce experience (nice to have) - Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or Google Apps Script (nice to have) - Basic JavaScript or Python knowledge (nice to have) Benefits - Full-time remote position - High ownership and autonomy - Modern stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, PeopleForce, AI tools - Opportunity to build systems and automations from scratch - Fast-growing product company operating in Tier-1 markets - Strong team, low bureaucracy, and direct impact on company growth - Paid vacation and sick leave - Competitive compensation
