• Submitting clean claims efficiently and accurately for your assigned clinics • Following up on denials and rejections with urgency and clarity • Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating proactively with clinics • Helping build internal billing documentation and resources to support knowledge sharing • Identifying trends, payer issues, and process gaps and collaborating on improvements
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of U.S. medical billing experience (including full-cycle billing)
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers’ comp
- Familiarity with billing systems like Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, Epic, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and how to interpret EOBs/ERAs
- Confident communicator, clear, professional, and able to build rapport with clinic staff
